Objective: To highlight the diagnostic dilemma associated with this type of case and the psychological trauma of a patient following her unfortunate genital mutilations.
Study Population: Girls
Findings: Histology showed epidermoid inclusion dermoid cyst probably related to circumcision (female genital mutilation).
