Objective: To explore Ghana’s nursing students’ knowledge of and attitudes towards female genital mutilation
Study Population: Nursing students
Findings: Nursing students at Atibie Midwifery and Nursing Training School in Ghana had a fairly high knowledge of FGM/C and FGM/C-related complications. Further,the students seemed to have very mixed attitudes towards FGM/C,the majority being a negative attitude towards the practice. Although,a small part of the study population had a more traditional point of view
